Tens Management: Miami Visit Agreement
Welcome to Tens.
What we’re building: Tens Management will become a go-to agency for modern representation and elevated experiences, a creative concierge and management platform designed to help talent not just look the part, but get paid for it.
As part of Tens, we’ll get you bookings as a host, and/or help you build your brand as a model, content creator or influencer. That includes opportunities like out-of-town shoots, brand campaigns, event appearances and strategic collaborations that align with your image and expand your reach.
This isn’t just about content it’s about positioning you to be seen, paid and respected. We handle the logistics, strategy and infrastructure so you can focus on growing your presence and owning your lane.
We’re excited to have you join us in Miami. To ensure transparency and alignment, this agreement outlines the full scope of the trip, including expectations, what’s covered, and your responsibilities. Please read through everything carefully. 1. Purpose of Trip
You’ve been invited to Miami as part of a Tens Management experience that includes brand-building, content production, and hosted events. While it’s a fun and collaborative environment, this is still a business trip, not a paid job, and all responsibilities are outlined below.

June 7–9, 2025
3. What Tens Will Cover
Roundtrip flight, which has been or will be booked on your behalf.
If you pay or have already paid for your own flight and officially move forward with Tens after the trip, you will be reimbursed within 30 days of confirmation. Please retain your receipt for proper documentation.
Shared lodging accommodations for the official trip dates
Group transportation to scheduled events
Drinks and light refreshments during pre-dinner hangouts
A $100 contribution, sent to you in advance via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay, whichever method you prefer, if you opt into the official birthday dinner
4. Key Activities
Here’s what to expect during the weekend:
Saturday Late Morning:
Creative Photoshoot
A stylized content session focused on capturing clean, editorial lifestyle images. We’ll coordinate looks in advance to make sure everyone is aligned.
Saturday Evening:
Ejei’s Birthday Dinner at Casa Neos
A semi-formal dinner experience with the group. If you opt in, you’ll receive a $100 contribution beforehand to put toward your meal (see Section 5 for full details).
Sunday Morning:
Beach Content Day at Key Biscayne
A relaxed content shoot on the beach to capture creative, natural, lifestyle-driven visuals.
Drinks and light bites will be provided to keep the vibe easy and enjoyable.
5. What You’re Responsible For
If you choose to attend the birthday dinner at Casa Neos, you’ll be sent $100 in advance to apply toward your meal.
You are responsible for paying your full portion of the bill directly at the restaurant, including all taxes, gratuity and service fees.
Please note: This dinner is in celebration of Ejei’s birthday, and unlike typical social outings where Ejei or Tony might generously pick up the tab, this one’s different. It’s a business-funded trip, and it’s his birthday, so respectfully, Ejei will not be paying for anyone else this time.
Any personal purchases, meals, or transportation outside of scheduled events
Any costs associated with extending your stay beyond the official trip dates
6. Expectations
Maintain professionalism and respect throughout the weekend
Participate fully in all scheduled shoots, content sessions, and group activities
Communicate clearly and show up on time
Represent yourself and the Tens brand with integrity
7. Content & Media Rights
By participating in this trip, you grant Tens Management the right to use any photos, videos, or behind-the-scenes content captured during the experience for promotional, marketing, and editorial use across digital platforms. Select content may also be shared with you for reposting.
8. Conduct & Behavior
This is a professional activation. Any behavior deemed unprofessional, disrespectful, or disruptive may result in immediate removal from group activities and disqualification from future opportunities with Tens.
9. Hair, Makeup & Styling
You are welcome to arrive styled as you normally would. That said, we will still be checking in with each participant regarding hair and makeup preferences to ensure you’re comfortable and aligned with the overall vibe of the content. We’ll also coordinate attire details ahead of the shoot so that the final visuals feel cohesive and intentional. Please respond promptly when asked for this information.
10. Agreement Confirmation
At the bottom of this page, you’ll find a brief form where you’ll be asked to enter your full name, phone number, and email address, and check a box confirming your understanding of the agreement.
This acknowledgment serves as your digital signature and confirms that you accept the terms outlined above. It also helps ensure everything is properly documented ahead of your visit.

Lo que estamos construyendo: Tens Management se convertirá en una agencia de referencia para la representación moderna y experiencias elevadas—una plataforma creativa de concierge y gestión diseñada para ayudar al talento no solo a lucir bien, sino a que le paguen por ello.
Como parte de Tens, te conseguiremos contrataciones como anfitriona y/o te ayudaremos a construir tu marca como modelo, creadora de contenido o influencer. Eso incluye oportunidades como sesiones fuera de la ciudad, campañas de marca, apariciones en eventos y colaboraciones estratégicas que se alineen con tu imagen y amplíen tu alcance.
Esto no se trata solo de crear contenido, se trata de posicionarte para que seas vista, pagada y respetada. Nosotros manejamos la logística, la estrategia y la infraestructura para que tú puedas concentrarte en crecer tu presencia y dominar tu espacio.
Estamos emocionados de tenerte con nosotros en Miami. Para garantizar transparencia y alineación, este acuerdo detalla todo lo relacionado con el viaje, incluyendo expectativas, lo que está cubierto y tus responsabilidades. Por favor, lee todo con atención.
1. Propósito del Viaje
Has sido invitada a Miami como parte de una experiencia organizada por Tens Management que incluye desarrollo de marca, producción de contenido y eventos especiales. Aunque será un ambiente colaborativo y divertido, este sigue siendo un viaje de trabajo, no un empleo remunerado, y todas las responsabilidades se detallan a continuación.

7 al 9 de junio de 2025
3. Lo Que Tens Cubre
Vuelo de ida y vuelta, que ya ha sido o será reservado en tu nombre.
Si pagas o ya has pagado tu propio vuelo y decides continuar oficialmente con Tens después del viaje, se te reembolsará dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la confirmación. Por favor, conserva tu recibo para fines de documentación.
Alojamiento compartido para las fechas oficiales del viaje
Transporte grupal para los eventos programados
Bebidas y refrigerios ligeros durante los encuentros previos a la cena
Una contribución de $100, enviada por adelantado vía Zelle, Cash App o Apple Pay (según tu preferencia) si decides asistir a la cena oficial de cumpleaños

Sábado por la Mañana (Tarde):
Sesión Creativa de Fotos
Una sesión de contenido estilizada enfocada en capturar imágenes editoriales limpias y con estética lifestyle. Coordinaremos los looks con anticipación para asegurar coherencia visual.
Sábado por la Noche:
Cena de Cumpleaños de Ejei en Casa Neos
Una experiencia de cena semi-formal con el grupo. Si decides asistir, recibirás una contribución de $100 por adelantado para cubrir parte de tu consumo (ver Sección 5 para más detalles).
Domingo por la Mañana:
Día de Contenido en la Playa – Key Biscayne
Una sesión relajada de creación de contenido en la playa para capturar imágenes naturales y creativas de estilo de vida.
Se proporcionarán bebidas y bocadillos ligeros para mantener el ambiente agradable y relajado.
5. Lo Que Es Tu Responsabilidad
Si decides asistir a la cena de cumpleaños en Casa Neos, se te enviarán $100 por adelantado para aplicar a tu comida.
Eres responsable de pagar tu parte completa de la cuenta directamente en el restaurante, incluyendo todos los impuestos, la propina y cualquier cargo adicional.
Nota importante: Esta cena es para celebrar el cumpleaños de Ejei, y a diferencia de otras salidas sociales donde Ejei o Tony podrían cubrir los gastos del grupo, esta ocasión es distinta. Este es un viaje financiado por el negocioy es su cumpleaños por lo tanto, respetuosamente, Ejei no cubrirá los gastos de nadie más esta vez.
Cualquier compra personal, comidas o transporte fuera de los eventos programados
Cualquier gasto adicional asociado con extender tu estadía más allá de las fechas oficiales del viaje
6. Expectativas
Mantener profesionalismo y respeto durante todo el fin de semana
Participar completamente en todas las sesiones de contenido y actividades grupales programadas
Comunicarte con claridad y ser puntual
Representarte a ti misma y a la marca Tens con integridad
7. Derechos de Contenido y Medios
Al participar en este viaje, otorgas a Tens Management el derecho de usar cualquier foto, video o contenido capturado durante la experiencia con fines promocionales, de marketing y editoriales en plataformas digitales. Parte del contenido también puede ser compartido contigo para que lo publiques en tus propias redes.
8. Conducta y Comportamiento
Esta es una activación profesional. Cualquier comportamiento que se considere no profesional, irrespetuoso o disruptivo puede resultar en la remoción inmediata de las actividades grupales y la descalificación de futuras oportunidades con Tens.
9. Estilo, Maquillaje y Peinado
Puedes llegar al viaje ya peinada y maquillada según tu estilo habitual. Sin embargo, estaremos revisando con cada participante sus preferencias de cabello y maquillaje para asegurarnos de que estés cómoda y alineada con la estética general del contenido. También coordinaremos detalles de vestimenta con anticipación para asegurar que las imágenes finales se vean cohesivas e intencionales. Por favor, responde de manera oportuna cuando se te solicite esta información.
10. Confirmación del Acuerdo
Al final de esta página encontrarás un pequeño formulario donde se te pedirá ingresar tu nombre completo, número de teléfono y correo electrónico, y marcar una casilla confirmando que has leído y comprendido el contenido de este acuerdo.
Este reconocimiento funciona como tu firma digital y confirma que aceptas los términos aquí descritos. También nos ayuda a mantener todo correctamente documentado antes de tu llegada.
